Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.DHANACHANDRA PRAKASH.D, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to modify the condition in paragraph No.7(1) in the order of this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.23292 of 2022, dated 28.12.2022, since he is unable to raise funds and now, he is ready and willing to deposit Rs.25,000/- to the credit of concerned District Mineral Foundation Trust.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the reason stated by the petitioner, the condition in paragraph No.7(1)in Crl.O.P(MD)No.23292 of 2022, is hereby modified to the effect that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) to the credit of concerned District Mineral Foundation Trust, as non-refunable deposit.
