RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.6250/2019 dated 27/04/2019 on the file of this Honourable High Court. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.V.MALAIYENDRAN, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mrs.M.ANANTHA DEVI Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax, the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P(MD)No.6250 of 2019 on 27.04.2019. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.6250 of 2019 on 27.04.2019 regularly, and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly. 4.Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly and there is no complaint of the petitioners tampering with the witnesses, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.6250 of 2019 on 27.04.2019 is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

relaxed. However, the petitioners shall report before the respondent as and when required for interrogation.
