PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 Cr.P.C. PRAYER :- To relax the condition imposed by this Honourable Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.4957/2019 dated 02/04/2019.

ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.4957 of 2019 on 02.04.2019. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in CCrl.O.P(MD)No.4957 of 2019 on 02.04.2019 regularly, and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 4.Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly and there is no complaint of

the petitioner tampering with the witnesses, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.4957 of 2019 on 02.04.2019 is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall report before the respondent as and when required for interrogation.
