P(MD) No.7059 of 2019:- To modify the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P (MD).No.7059/2019 dated 15/05/2019 as the petitioner shall appear before Judicial Magistrate, Sattankulam daily at 10.30 a.m., instead of he shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am. Prayer in Crl.O.P(MD) No.7108 of 2019:- To modify the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.

(MD).No.7108/2019 dated 16/05/2019 as the petitioner shall appear before Judicial Magistrate, Sattankulam daily at 10.30 a.m., instead of he shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail in Crl.O.P(MD) No.7059 of 2019 with a direction to appear before Sathankulam Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders. He further submitted that this Court by the order dated 16.05.2019 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.7108 of 2019 granted anticipatory bail with a condition that the petitioner shall appear before the Meignanapuram Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

He further submitted that after executing bail bond, the petitioner is regularly appearing before the Meiinanapuram Police Station as per the order of this Curt in Crl.O.P(MD)No.7108 of 2019 and hence he is unable to appear before the Sathankulam Police Station as per the order of this Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.7059 of 2019. Hence he prays to modify the condition to enable the petitioner to appear before any one of the police station.

2. The learned Government Advocate(crl.Side) has no objection for modifying the said condition.

3. Considering the fact that the petitioner is already appearing before the Meignanapuram Police Station, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No. 7059 of 2019 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Meignanapuram Police Station in that case also. sd/- 11/06/2019 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
