Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to direct the respondent to re-investigate the case in Crime No.165 of 2014 and include Section 307 IPC and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Women Harassment Act and other relevant provisions in C.C.No.150 of 2014 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Nilakottai within the time stipulated by this Court and pass such further or other orders as this Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case. ORDER
The petitioner seeks for a direction to the respondent to re-investigate the case in Crime No.165 of 2014 and include Section 307 IPC and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Women Harassment Act and other relevant provisions in C.C.No.150 of 2014 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Nilakottai within the time stipulated by this Court.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the State. 3.The prayer sought for in this petition can be very well claimed before the trial court. Hence, this petition is dismissed https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
