When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the order of this Court dated 19.08.2024 has been complied with and the encroachment on the highway property have been removed and he has also filed a report along with geo-tagged photographs and they are taken on file.
