This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking to dispose of the case in C.C.No.1026 of 2025 on the file of the learned Judicial 1/4
Magistrate-I, Tirunelveli, Tirunelveli District, within a stipulated period fixed by this Court.
2. Heard the learned counsels on either side and carefully perused the materials available on record.
3. Without going into the merits of this case, the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Tirunelveli, Tirunelveli District, is directed to dispose of the case in C.C.No.1026 of 2025 as expeditiously as possible within a period of six (6) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
