PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 Cr.P.C PRAYER :- To relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.5370/2019 dated 22/04/2019 on the file of this Honourable High Court. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax, the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P(MD)No.5370 of 2019 on 22.04.2019. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.5370 of 2019 on 22.04.2019 regularly, and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

4.Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly and there is no complaint of the petitioners tampering with the witnesses, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.5370 of 2019 on 22.04.2019 is relaxed. However, the petitioners shall report before the respondent as and when required for interrogation.
