ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register a case based on the petitioner's complaint dated 02.06.2015 against the proposed accused Madhavan Nayar who is working as an Assistant Commissioner of Police, Sheik Abdul Kadhar who is a Sub-Inspector of Police and 50 identified police personnel.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on instructions submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry has been conducted by the Commissioner of Police and subsequently, it was closed.

4. Recording the said statement of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed, with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in accordance with law.
