To call for the records and set aside the judgment and conviction dated 07.01.2020 made in Crl A No. 39 of 2015 passed by the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge (FTC) Kanyakumari at Nagercoil modifying the judgment and conviction dated 07.07.2015 made in C.C.No. 26 of 2013 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate (Fast Track ) No.I, Nagercoil, acquit the petitioner and allow the Criminal Revision Petition.

CRL MP(MD) No.1615 of 2022 This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 80 days, in filing the criminal revision case in Crl.RC(MD)SR No.2282 of 2022.
2.This Court by an order dated 10.03.2022, while allowing the petition to condone the delay of 80 days, in filing the Criminal Revision Case, imposed condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupess One Lakh) to the credit of CC No.26 of 2013, before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court No.I, Nagercoil, on or before 24.03.2022.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner failed to comply with the condition imposed by this Court.
4.In view of the above, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
