The present writ petition has been filed seeking to quash the order passed by the 5th respondent herein under which the request of the petitioner for grant of stay of his disqualification was rejected. 2.The petitioner was disqualified under Section 36 of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act by way of an order, dated 28.05.2010, passed by the second respondent herein. The petitioner has challenged the said order before the first respondent herein and he has sought for an interim order. The request for interim order was rejected by the first respondent herein under the impugned proceedings. According to the writ petitioner, final orders has been passed by the first respondent. 2/4
Hence, nothing survives for adjudication in the present writ petition. 3.Hence, the writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 11.08.2022 Index :
