O R D E R
This petition has been filed to direct the third respondent to register a case, based upon the complaint given by the petitioner dated 22.12.2017.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner gave a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- to the proposed accused and took the house of the proposed accused for lease on 24.07.2011 for three years. He further submitted that after expiry of the lease period, the petitioner has vacated the premises and thereafter, he requested the proposed accused to return the amount, but, without returning the said amount, he has criminally intimidated the petitioner and hence, the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the third respondent on 22.12.2017, but, so far, no action has been taken.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents has submitted that the enquiry is still pending.
4. Considering the aforesaid submissions, the third respondent is directed to expedite the enquiry and if the enquiry reveals any cognizable offence, then, he has to register a case and proceed in accordance with law.
5. With the aforesaid observations, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
