ORDER

The petitioner seeks protection to his life and liberty at the hands of unknown persons.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner makes a statement that the petitioner is followed by some unknown persons and their object of follownig him is not known.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the representation / petition is pending with the third respondent.

4. In view of the above, this Court now directs the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner and hold such necessary enquiry on the same and take such appropriate decision to ensure that the life and liberty of the petitioner is protected.
