Prayer in WP(MD).No.28722 of 2023:- Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constituion of Indai praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to calling for the records related to the impugned order passed by the 2nd respondent, vide - RFL/Ponnamaravathi/61/2023, dated 18.10.2023, and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct to Register a Sale deed produced by the petitioner before the 2nd respondent in Temporary Ackowledgement number for registration in TP/162680505/2023, dated 18.10.2023, within a stipulated time. ORDER:- This Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day to extend the time of this court and upon perusing the earlier order of this Court dated 17.10.2024 in WP(MD).No.
