This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to advice the fifth respondent not to dump waste or undertake any construction in the petitioner's patta land situated in Survey No.34/12A1 at Oruthattu Village, Ammainayakkanur Town Panchayat, Nilakottai Taluk, Dindigul District.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader, on instructions, submitted that in respect of the land in question, a civil suit in O.S.No.10 of 2023 is pending before the District Munsif Court, Nilakottai. 2/4

3. Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is closed granting liberty to the petitioner to pursue the civil suit in O.S.No.10 of 2023, which is pending before the District Munsif Court, Nilakottai. There shall be no order as to costs.
