2. It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) that FIR has been registered in Crime No.12 of 2026 for the offences punishable under Sections 296(b), 115(2), 351(2) of BNS, 2023 and all the offences are bailable in nature. Hence, the petitioner is directed to take station bail.
