Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the order passed by the respondent in his proceedings in Me.Ku.No.3590/2008/A1 dated 07.07.2015 and quash the same and further direct the respondents to give compassionate appointment to the petitioner.

For non-compliance of the order of this Court, dated 12.11.2019, made in W.P(MD)No.5375 of 2016, this Contempt Petition is filed.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing toady, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that as per the order of this Court, dated 12.11.2019, made in W.P (MD)No.5375 of 2016, the petitioner has submitted an application before the respondent and the same was rejected on 22.02.2011 on various grounds and the learned Special Government Pleader has also produced a copy of the said etter dated 22.02.2021 to that effect.
