ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for his wilful, deliberate, disobedience of the order of this Court passed in W.P.(MD).No.5375 of 2016 dated 12.11.2019.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would submit that the order of this Court in the said Writ Petition, a Writ Appeal was filed and subsequently dismissed. Thereafter, the respondent filed a review application before this Court, and an interim order was granted in the review petition.

3. In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in this Contempt Petition and the same stands closed. 25.07.2025 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes/No Internet : Yes/No TSG 2/4
