ORDER

This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed seeking return of the original sale deeds dated 23.08.1995 which was marked as Ex.A1 and 09.11.1973 which was marked as Ex.A4 to the second petitioner, stating that the matter has been compromised between the parties. By such an undertaking, this petitioner is going to execute sale deed in favour of the appellants in the Second Appeal herein. For that purpose the petitioner requires the documents.

2. Being satisfied with the above submission, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. Registry is directed to return Ex.A1 and Ex.A4 to the second petitioner, by getting proper undertaking after substituting the same with a certified copy, which is already available.

3. Post the Second Appeal for reporting compromise, on 28.03.2025. sd/- 13/03/2025 / TRUE COPY / /03/2025 Sub-Assistant Registrar ( C.S. I / II / III / IV ) Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai - 625 023.
