PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records relating to the impugned Resolution passed by the 3rd respondent in his proceedings in 249th meeting of the Syndicate held on 16.12.2022 in so far as Item No.2022.157 Annexure-7 1/3

approved the decision of the Committee of the Institutional Academic Integrity Panel (IAIP), the 4th respondent herein recommended to take appropriate action to cancel the petitioner's Ph.D., Programme is concerned and quash the same as illegal.
