The petition is filed to quash the F.I.R in Crime No.439 of 2015 on the file of the Thiruvattar Police Station, Kanyakumari District.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondents would submit that already investigation has been completed in crime No.439 of 2015 on the file of the first respondent and the same has been referred as "Mistake of Fact" on 30.12.2015 and hence, nothing survives in this petition. 3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous.Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
