Prayer in WP(MD). 96/ 2020 :

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court direct the respondents to consider the petitioners representation dt 23/12/2019 to regularize the services of the petitioner from his initial date of appointment on 19/09/2005 with seniority and all consequential monetary and service benefits in the light of Judgment and order passed in W.P.No.4991 of 2015 dt 30/07/2019 and W.P.No.27923 of 2019 dt 27/11/2019.

O R D E R

The learned Standing Counsel for the respondent submits that as against the order of the writ Court they have preferred a writ appeal in W.A.(MD).No.984 of 2021, which is pending before the Division Bench of this Court and stay has also been granted on 01.06.2021. While that being so, it would not be appropriate to parrallelly adjudicate the writ petition. However, the petitioner is at liberty to workout her remedy subject to the final out come of the writ appeal.
