..Respondents PRAYER: This petition is preferred under Section 482 Cr.P.C to direct the first respondent to instruct the second respondent to register the case on the basis of the complaint preferred by the petitioner dated 14.05.2015 within the time stipulated by this Court and pass any other appropriate order or direction as this Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstance of the case.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C seeking a direction to the first respondent to instruct the second respondent to register the case on the basis of the complaint preferred by the petitioner dated 14.05.2015 within the time stipulated by this Court. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the State.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has sent complaint only to the Superintendent of Police.

4. The petitioner is directed to appear before the second respondent police on 04.08.2015 along with the copy of the complaint. Thereafter, the second respondent police is directed to conduct an enquiry on the said complaint and complete the enquiry within a period of four weeks.
