ORDER

This writ petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus, seeking a direction to the respondents to remove the petitioner's name from the History Sheet No. 134 of 2016, maintained by the third respondent by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 28.11.2022.

2. Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Government Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the writ petitioner's representation dated 28.11.2022 will be considered in the next meeting scheduled to be held in the first week of February 2023. 2/5

Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the second respondent is directed to consider the writ petitioner's representation dated 28.11.2022 and pass orders in accordance with law in the next meeting, which is scheduled to be held in the first week of February 2023.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No cost.
