It is noted that already an interim injunction granted by this Court on 27.01.2021.

In this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for a Mandamus to restrain the respondents 1 to 3 from running any TASMAC Shop or Recreation Club with Bar or any other clubs for consuming liquor at the adjacent place of the petitioner's house in Door No.3/1493, Vivekanandhar Street, Pamban Town Panchayat, Ramanathapuram District

3. Since the petitioner has already enjoyed the benefit of the interim order, dated 27.01.2021, I am inclined to dispose this writ petition by directing the respondents to consider and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representation, dated 10.01.2021, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Pending such exercise, the respondents shall not proceed to put up any TASMAC shops. The respondents shall also consider the fact that a temple is situated adjacent to the place, where the proposed TASMAC is likely to be situated.
