S.A.S.R.(MD).No.5571 of 2016 against the Decree and Judgment in A.S.No.10 of 2012 passed by the Learned IIIrd Additional District Judge, Thanjavur at Pattukottai dated 31.03.2015 confirming the Decree and Judgment in O.S.No.27 of 2007 passed by the Learned Subordinate Judge, Pattukottai dated 23.12.2010 has to be set aside. ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. ANANTH C.RAJESH, Advocate for the petitioner the Court made the following Order:- Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners. 2.There is a delay of 241 days in representing the papers. Though the petitioners have explained the reason for the delay in paragraph Nos.

3 and 4 of the affidavit filed in support of this petition,since the delay is on higher side,the same can be condoned on payment of costs. Accordingly,the delay of 241 days in representing the papers is condoned on condition the petitioners paying a sum of Rs.500/-(Rupees Five Hundred Only) to the "The Bubbles' Day Care Creche" maintained by the Women Advocate Association, attached to the Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which,this petition shall stand dismissed automatically without further reference to this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.
