2.All that the petitioner wants is disposal of the application submitted for issuance of legal heir certificate. 3.The learned Special Government Pleader states that within a period of four weeks, the matter will be disposed of on merits and in accordance with law.
4.Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
