ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under 11, 12, 16 and 17 of POCSO Act and Section 9 of Child Marriage Act, in Crime No.not known of 2025 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have not been arrayed as accused in the FIR and there are no materials available against the petitioners till date. 3.In the light of the above submission, the same is recorded and this criminal original petition is disposed of. As and when any materials are collected against the petitioners and the petitioners are made as accused and there is an apprehension of arrest, it is left open to the petitioners to move anticipatory bail petition at that point of time.
