ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the third respondent to conduct further investigation in Crime No.178 of 2022 pending on the file of the respondent based on the petitioner's petition dated 06.09.2022 on merits and in accordance with law.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the third respondent, after completing the investigation, has filed the final report before the jurisdictional Court and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.23 of 2023.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has given a petition on 06.09.2022 mentioning the details of the real accused, but the third respondent has filed the charge 2/4

sheet in a hurry-burry manner. He would further submit that he has not seen the charge sheet so far.

4. Since charge sheet has already been taken on file, nothing survives for further adjudication and hence, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the charge sheet, if so advised.
