Despite the fact that the case is pending for more than one year, no further investigation is done including the seizer of vehicle.

2.Considering the same, this Court is inclined to direct the 1st respondent transfer the investigation to any other officer within the jurisdiction and the investigation shall be completed under the supervision of the 1st respondent as expeditiously as possible.
