Order :This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.RAJAMOHAN, Advocate for the petitioners and of MRS.M.ANANTHADEVI, Government Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P(MD)No.6082 of 2019.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly.
4.Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly and there is no complaint of the petitioners tampering with the witnesses, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.6082 of 2019 on 26.04.2019 is relaxed.
