ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent to expedite the investigation in Crime No.341 of 2018 and to file a final report within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.Mr.R.Erottuchamy, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents, on instructions, would contend that investigation in Crime No.341 of 2018 is almost completed. However, he seeks three months time to file a final report.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.1054 of 2021 directed to expedite the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.341 of 2018 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order/uploading of the order. 4.With the above observation, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
