ORDER
The petitioners are wife and husband. They have approached this Court that the respondent Police is harassing them under the guise of enquiry.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that on the complaint of one Seenivasa Perumal, who is the 5th respondent herein, a case has been registered as against the petitioners in Crime No.888 of 2023, based on the direction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Madurai, in Crl.M.P.No.8809 of 2022 under Section 156 Cr.P.C. He further submits that the first petitioner/wife has obtained anticipatory bail. The second petitioner is the wanted accused in Crime No.888 of 2023. Since the second petitioner has not appeared before the respondent Police and not cooperated for enquiry, the respondent Police went to the petitioner's house in search of the second petitioner. They are not having any inclination to harass the first petitioner.

3. In view of the said submission, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition.
4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
