Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the first respondent in E.P.No.89-2023 B-16/2022 dated 27.08.2024 and subsequently passed another order in Ni.Ma.No.89/2023 dated 26.11.2024 and quash the same and consequently direct the first respondent not to evict the petitioner in Survey Nos.86/4, 126/1 & 46/1 to an extent of Hectare 1.12.00 Ares situated at Nalliseri Village, Thanjavur Taluk, Thanjavur District.

This writ petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the first respondent dated 27.08.2024 and the order dated 26.11.2024 thereby directed the petitioner to pay a sum of Rs.1,33,860/-, failing which, the petitioner will be evicted from the subject property and the compensation of the property will be handed over to the lessor.
2. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.
4. Though the petitioner challenged the said order, restricted his prayer to the extend that the time may be granted for the payment of said amount since the petitioner is very poor and hailing even to maintain his family.
5. Considering the above, the time granted for payment of Rs.1,33,860/- is extended for another four months i.e., the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.1,33,860/- on or before 31.05.2025. 2/4
