[Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.] Prayer in this writ petition is to restrain the second respondent from interfering with the execution of the work order dated 28.02.2013, issued by the first respondent, for laying a tar road from Vannampatti Pirivu to Kottan Kattaparai.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that though the work order was issued on 28.02.2013,

subsequently, it has been withdrawn on 18.05.2013. Therefore, no further adjudication is required in this writ petition.

3. Recording he above submission of the learned Additional Government Pleader, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. [D.K.K., J.] [M.S.K., J.] 09.01.2024 (2/2) NCC :
