ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent to expedite the investigation in Crime No.20 of 2019 and to file a final report within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.Mr.R.Erottuchamy, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents, on instructions, would contend that investigation in Crime No.20 of 2019 is almost completed. However, he seeks one month time to file a final report.

3.Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), the second respondent is directed to expedite the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.20 of 2019 within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order/uploading of the order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
