O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner, to direct the second respondent to register a case, based on the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 03.11.2017. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner and the proposed accused have entered into a sale agreement on 22.12.2012 and thereby the proposed accused agreed to sell his property to the petitioner for Rs.11,60,000/- and in pursuance of the said agreement, the petitioner has paid a sum of Rs.40,000/- on 10.03.2015. Subsequently, the proposed accused, in spite of repeated requests made by the petitioner, has not come forward to execute the sale deed and also refused to refund the amount and hence the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the second respondent on 03.11.2017, but, so far no action has been taken. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that after receipt of the complaint an enquiry has been conducted and during the enquiry, the petitioner has appeared and gave a written statement stating that no further action need to be taken on his complaint and based on the said request the complaint has been closed.

4.Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
