ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.422 of 2014 pending investigation on the file of the respondent police and to lay the final report within the stipulated time.
2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on instructions would submit that after conducting enquiry, the case was closed as mistake of fact on 09.03.2015and the referred charge sheet notice was not served.
4.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. The respondent is directed to serve a copy of referred charge sheet notice to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
