O R D E R

The petition has been filed to punish the respondent for noncompliance of the order passed by this Court, dated 07.08.2020 passed in W.P.(MD)No.8937 of 2020, thereby, directed the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

CONT.P.(MD)No.156 of 2022 respondent to pass orders on his representation, dated 22.07.2020, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that as directed by this Court, the respondent considered the representation, dated 22.07.2020 and the rejected the request made by the petitioner.

3.Recording the said submission, the contempt petition is closed. No costs.
