ORDER

The writ petition is filed challenging the order of termination dated 04.10.2012. However, during the pendency of the writ petition, the writ petitioner was allowed to continue based on the interim order granted by this Court and thereafter, another charge memo was issued on 31.08.2003 and again he was terminated from service on 18.02.2014. Challenging the said termination order, W.P.(MD)No.4273 of 2014 is filed. Thus, the cause arose in this writ petition did not exist and accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
