This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the second respondent police to final report in the F.I.R. in Crime No.22 of 2014, dated 15.07.2014 within the stipulated time.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the case is pending from the year 2014, the second respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
