Order : This criminal miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/s.K.ARUNRAJ, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.P.KOTTAICHAMY, Government Advocate (Crl. side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- 1/3

This petition is filed to extend the time limit granted in Crl.O.P(MD).No.21205 of 2023 dated 24.11.2023.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks time to comply with the condition imposed upon the petitioner, since he is unable to produce the sureties within the stipulated time as per the order of this Court dated 24.11.2023 made in Crl.O.P(MD).No.21205 of 2023.

3. In view of the same, time granted by this Court, vide order dated 24.11.2023 is extended finally for a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, failing which, the anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner shall stand automatically vacated.
