ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for a mandamus directing the respondents to remove the entry namely Sale Deed No.2966/2006 is invalid made in the Encumbrance Certificate relating to the petitioner's Sale Deed dated 15.11.2006 as Document No.2966/2006 registered with the 5th respondent Sub Registrar Office based on the petitioners representation dated 04.12.2025 within the time stipulated by this Court. 2/5
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents. By consent of both sides, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner made a representation to the respondents on 04.12.2025 for removing the entry made in the encumbrance certificate with regard to the aforesaid property. However, since the said representation has not been considered so far, the petitioner is before this Court.
4. The learned Government Advocate for the respondents would submit that on considering the representation of the petitioner, necessary orders would be passed.
5. Considering the said submission made, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the 5th respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 04.12.2025 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a 3/5
period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
