This petition is filed to withdraw the case in final report in C.C.No.3 of 2015 filed by the third respondent before the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Vadipatti pertaining to the Crime No.205 of 2014 on the file of the third respondent and entrust the same to the fourth respondent for further and fair investigation. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the investigation in Crime No.205 of 2014 on the file of the third respondent has been completed and the respondent No.3 laid the charge sheet before the concerned Magistrate and the same was taken cognizance in P.R.C.No.104 of 2015.
