ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner, to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry, based upon the complaint given by one Palanisamy.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the said Palanisamy's daughter Muthulakshmi, who is a major and aged about 21 years loved the petitioner and she voluntarily came to the petitioner's house, but the said Palanisamy gave a false complaint before the second respondent stating that the petitioner has kidnaped the said Muthulakshmi. He further submitted that thereafter the petitioner and the said Muthulakshmi married together on 19.01.2018 and the same has been registered before the Sub Registrar, Nilakkottai and a copy of the marriage certificate also has been sent to the second respondent and even thereafter the second respondent is harassing the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has fairly

conceded that the said Muthulakshmi is a major and now she got married the petitioner and hence, the second respondent will dispose of the said complaint in accordance with law. 4.Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
