PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to issue a direction, directing the second respondent to produce the person or body of the detenue namely Santhiya, Daughter of Selvaraj, aged about 20 years before this Court and set her at liberty.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to produce the person or body of the detenue namely Santhiya, Daughter of Selvaraj, aged about 20 years before this Court and set her at liberty.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that while pending the Criminal Original Petition, the second respondent secured the daughter of the petitioner and handed over her to the petitioner. 3.Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
