ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the respondents not to harass the 1/4

petitioner by involving in a civil dispute with regard to the 18 cents in S.No.634/2 in Kachirayanpatti Village, Melur Taluk, Madurai District.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is the brother of the second respondent and a civil suit is pending in O.S.No.319 of 2022 pending between the parties before the Sub Court, Melur.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the second respondent, CSR came to be registered and after enquiry, the same was ordered to be closed.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
