ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner, to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner, based upon the complaint given by the third and fourth respondents.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the third and fourth respondents gave a false complaint against the petitioner and based on the said complaint, the second respondent is harassing the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that so far no complaint has been received by the second respondent against the petitioner and hence the question of harassing the petitioner does not arise.

4.Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
