It is informed by both the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel that Revised Voters' List has been published to which, there is no dispute raised by the petitioner.

2. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, direction is issued to the respondents to conclude the election within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
