ORDER

This petition is filed to quash the M.C.No.15 of 2014 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District and quash the same with regard to the petitioners.

2.When the matter was posted for admission on 22.07.2015, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners took adjournment. Thereafter, more than three occasions, when the matter was listed, the learned counsel for the petitioners took adjournments only. Therefore, the matter is pending for the past three years without even ordering notice or admitting by this Court. 3.It seems that the petitioners have no interest to proceed with the matter. More over, the case is of the year 2015. Therefore, this Court is of the view that the pendency of the criminal original petitioner would not serve for any purpose. 4.In view of the above, the criminal original petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
